Founder & CEO, Firefighter Behavioral Health Alliance (FBHA)
Jeff Dill is the founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of the Firefighter Behavioral Health Alliance (FBHA), which he founded in 2010. Mr. Dill travels the United States and Canada hosting workshops to educate firefighters, dispatchers, and emergency medical services (EMS) responders about behavioral health awareness, moral injury, and suicide prevention. In 2010, the FBHA began tracking and validating data on all firefighter, EMS, and dispatcher suicides across the United States. Additionally, FBHA offers eight workshops for first responders, counselors/chaplains, family members, and preparing for retirement.
Mr. Dill speaks internationally about his work for his brothers and sisters. Throughout the past ten years, he has travelled over 900,000 air miles. His message offers hope and inspires all to enjoy life by understanding their own behavioral health.
Mr. Dill is a retired fire captain, serving with Palatine Rural Fire Protection District in Inverness, Illinois. In July of 2021, he was appointed the new Behavioral Health Administrator for Las Vegas Fire & Rescue.
Mr. Dill holds an MS in Counseling.
